Was the Windstar part of a recall?

From the years 1999 to 2003 there were several Windstar recalls. The following is a brief list: Cruise control, ABS brake system, Speedometer and odometer electrical problems. The Ford Windstar has been subject to many NHTSA recalls. There was found to be faulty wiring in many models, as well as issues with the vehicle's speed controls, air conditioner, and wipers.
