What are dominant traits in males and females?

I need to understand dominate traits.

Usually the male decides if the baby is boy or a girl and the female decides how many baby or babies that their will be like a single baby or twins.

If the trait alleles are WW or Ww then the plant color will be white, meaning it's dominate. If the allelle is ww, then the plant will be purple.

You have several versions of a gene (your trait). There are some genes that are only be found on the X-chromosome. If there is a defect in that gene, the defect is dominant in the male, because the male is missing a second X-chromosome and therefore a healthy copy of the gene that could compensate. Examples: hemophilia, Duchenne muscular dystrophy
