It would depend on who you're buying it for. Jewlery is always a nice idea. Or a vacation to enjoy together would be fun too. Maybe even going to the place you first vacationed together.

My suggestion would be to go to the internet and look up anniversaries and specific gifts for specific anniversaries, and use that for a guide.

Book a weekend at a hotel/spa with a couple massage included. Surprise her with dinner reservations at a favorite restaurant. If you live near a major city, book a night in a hotel and act like tourists for a day. Jewelry is always a good gift, the new rage is a Pandora bracelet.
