Division One programs are the only ones that are allowed to offer athletic scholarships to anyone. Most schools offer scholarships to female athletes, depending on the sport. Track, swimming, tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball and other sports have scholarships, depending on the availability and NCAA eligibility.

Almost all NCAA Division I colleges are required to offer at least some form of athletic scholarship for all of their athletes, so those colleges offer athletic scholarships for women. Schools that offer such scholarships include UC Berkeley, Stanford, and UCLA. Some exceptions include all of the Ivy League schools, such as Harvard.

By law, every college in the United States that offers athletic scholarships for men must also offer athletic scholarships for women in proportion to the enrollment of students in the overall student body. Thus, essentially every college offers these scholarships.

Because of Title 9, any college that has co-ed enrollment and also has women's sports programs offers scholarships to women athletes. If you know of a college near you that has women sports, then they will be offering scholarships for women athletes. All of your major universities fit into this category.
