What are some free tips for losing weight?

Eat a healthy diet of whole grains, lean meats, fruits, veggies, and drink lots of water. Exercise at least 5 hours per week. Eat no less than 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and prevent weight loss.

The most effective way to lose your weight is by daily exercise, and supported by enough food consumption. Jogging, Bicycling, or doing regular bodywork (sit-ups, push-ups) can really help maintain your health and body weight. Lowering carbohydrate intake (rice, potatoes) can help too.

Unfortunately, you need to take in fewer calories or use more of them up through exercise. Try doing something you enjoy, walking, dancing, yoga, cycling, etc. and eat healthier.

Well you could start by eating 6 meals a day. Make sure they are small meals. Eat some fruit as well.
