It depends on who this party is for. Is it for a child or an adult? You can get some Harley Davidson decorations to decorate the area. Search for what's available online. If you have a real motorcycle, use that as part of the decor as well. Wear black leather. Decorate in skulls!

Well you van have a cake with a motorcycle on it. Have a bunch of alchol. Have plenty of room for them to park.
