Some good phrases are "Baby steps", "Put one foot forward", "Perseverance - persisting one step at a time." You could also use a definition of a word like "Inspire".

"You can do it!" "That's okay, keep trying!" "You're going to succeed!" "That looks really nice, keep going with it!" "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."

If you want to be a good person, surround yourself with good people. Every sacrifice has it's reward. It's better to give a lot to a few, than little to many.

One of my favorite is "If your ship doesn't come in, swim out to it" by Jonathan Winters. and "The best way ti predict your future is to create it"

feel the fear and do it anyway is of my favourite as it just puts it out there that we all feel scared but the best way is just to do and see what happens as a result. I also like why walk when you can run ...why run when you can fly!

Ok! First you have to look deep in their eyes and show them that you are serious about it. Say that you care, that you want to help them, that nothing is on the way of their lives holding them back from being successful and happy. Say that when they want they achieve things.

To encourage a large group, first make the speech more positive. Avoid to say negative sentences or ideas, use positive language. f.e.: Only we all together can accomplish our aim.
