What are some good reasons for leaving a job?

If the job is too demanding and your family life is suffering, change it. If your coworkers are making your life difficult, find a different job. If you have no potential for growth or your work is not appreciated, it is time to find something better.

Good reasons include illness, pregnancy, having to move (because your spouse has got a job elsewhere), having to take care of ailing parents, or your visa expiring.

The best reason to leave a job is if you have found one that is superior. Other good reasons include if you're suffereing from harassment, if you are not growing professionally, if you hours or other important work conditions are changed, or if you find yourself truly unhappy continuing to work there.

If you hurt self on job. Prior to hurting self on job you had other medical conditions. Such as high blood pressure or you are a diabetic. Injury enhanced other medical con. (made those worse) You should leave. Medical conditions

1)Have got better career opportunities elsewhere and matching one's career aspirations. 2)Based on medical grounds/conditions, difficult to continue the job. 3)Opportunity to work close to home and due to personal reasons it helps a lot.
