What are some good toning exercises that will not result in my losing weight?

I need to tone up my arms, legs and stomach but do not need to lose weight.

If you wish to tone your muscles without losing weight, you must do some weight resistance exercises and eat protein. Keep in mind, it is the burning of fat that "tones" your muscles so they can be more visible.

Try lifting small weights in multiple repetitions for toning your arms and legs. Meaning use 10 or 15 pound dumbbells and do 3-5 reps of 15 every day. When it comes to your legs, use the same weights to do squats and calf raises in the using the same repetition method. Add more or less weight depending on your strength.

You can do any of the standard exercises which are performed with free weights (hand/leg weights) or on a Nautilus-type machine. These don't encourage weight loss. In fact, you may see a bit of an increase on your scale as you exchange your flab for muscle (which weighs somewhat more).

Simple toning exercises that will not result for losing weight. Certain toning exercises like lay properly in plaine and errect the two legs just one feet from the earth. Bend and touch your finger in to the toe without bending the leg. keep sckiping regularly will lose your weight very soon.
