One the best workouts is to ride the stationary bike, it builds leg strenght and you breathing, also the stair climbers

You can do off ice training like on a cardio machine go as hard as u can for a minute then take a break for 3 minutes. Reapeat 10 times.

Endurance workouts are the best. They can include shuttle runs, jumoping rope, jogging, jumping jacks, flutter kicks, crunches, pushups, mountain climbers, overhead head claps, and shoulder squats. Alos, dumbells can be used.

The best workouts will involve a lot of cardio exercise when it comes to hockey players. Since it is such an upper body workout, bench presses will do wonders as well. Include squat racks into the exercise routine.

Concentrate on your legs, do alot of squats, lunges and other leg and core workouts. Also do short sprints and box hops.
