If you just had them done, they might be slightly infected. You nipples are very sensitive, and piercing them can irritate them. Try to wear loose fitting tops, or no tops at all. This won't help immediately, but will help them heal a little, with no irritation.

You can either buy a saline solution specifically designed for piercings, or create a mixture of sea salt and water and cleanse the affected area several times a day. Ideally, immerse the area in the mixture. Wear breathable clothing and avoid synthetic fabrics.

Itching is good, it means the piercing is healing! I would use some antibacterial ointment on it, which will moisturize and also keep it clean, some have pain relievers in them. That might help the itching. Not wearing a shirt might help also.

Do not scratch as this could introduce bacteria and cause an infection. If you are wearing horseshoes, switch to barbells. Rinse the area to make sure there is no soap residue caught in there to act as an irritant. You can also rub them with vitamin e oil.

Itching is common during healing, and may bother you from time to time thereafter. Using a tiny dab of triple antibiotic ointment and rubbing around the pierced area will help alleviate the itching. Make sure to move your jewelry back and forth through the piercing to get some ointment inside the hole as well.
