What are some jobs you can get with a marine biology degree?

You could be a researcher for a university or government organization, work with water companies, or with nature conservation agencies. The research positions usually require a master's or doctorate. Overall the job outlook is not good as positions are few and competition many.

There are lots. You can get jobs in oceanography, and most universities and research institutes will hire you if you have a PhD. You could also work for BP (seriously).

Research science in Marine Biology, consultant at a Zoo, Consultant to the BP to deal with the sea-life damage. Work in the development of possible medications from sea life-forms. Government consultant work with NOAA. I biology degree gives you a broad base for further training in the sciences. You can use this degree as a stepping stone to medical school
