When kicking aim for some vital places that will inflict pain. Doing this will make your apponent give up faster. If possible aim for the head or stomache. Doing this will injure your apponent and maybe give you the oppertunity to strike again. Try to use the inside of your foot when kicking. Keep your kicks strong.

Always keep your hands up to protect your head and face even during a punch or kick. Work the leg kick to the opponents forward thigh to loosen his/her base and make sure to get in shots to the body. Damaging , heavy body shots will lower an opponent's ability to breath as well as his/her resolve.

Grab yourself a 100-lb punching bag, Practice your punching and your kicking on this bag for one to two hours each day or more time if you have it. Make sure that you practice all of your kicks. Then get someone to some mitts and practice your punches and kicks with moving targets.

Learn the basic fighting stances. Practice your kicking, punching, foot work and defensive strategies. Get into very good shape, work on your cardiovascular health and endurance. Make certain you stretch and are limber, you don't want to pull any muscles.
