interference of human beings,limitation of resources had affected the ecology. Humans depend nearly on 40,000 species. If the interdependence is lost then the result will be terrific like Global warming, hurricanes, T sunami.

It's pretty natural for cultures to speculate about both the end of the world and the beginning. When you think about the amount of death that visitors from Europe brought to the Native Americans--both through war and disease--it's no surprise that the indigenous peoples felt pretty confident that the world wound end.
