What are some of the best snow skis on the market for beginners?

Some of my favorite brands would include: Volkl, Fischer, and Atomic. K2 skis have a wide variety of great skis as well. WHen sizing children's skis, you can safely measure somewhere to between the bottom of their chin and the tip of their nose. A ski in this range works well for a beginning child.

For a beginner just starting out in skiing, it is best to try before you buy, as you don't know whether your children will enjoy skiing. However if you do buy, Rossignol is a popular and high quality brand.

From my personal experience I would recommend "Fischer" skis. It is a bit expensive, but skis quality is worth for the price. "Fischer" can offer skis for all styles.
