What are some quick fitness workouts that you can do twice a day?

A tabata workout is always good. Tabata means 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off while doing some exercise (push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats, etc. ). The key is that you push yourself as hard as possible for those 20 seconds. 10 minutes of tabata is a great workout in minimal time.

You can take two 15 minute walks a day if you are short on time. Walking is a low impact exercise with many benefits. You could do a walk in the morning and one at lunch or after work. Incorporate arm circles into your walks for added benefits.

Lunges can be done any time, any place, and they require no extra equipment. For variety, try squats with both legs, and then one leg at a time.
