Vitamins that will help with IBS include a simple multivitamin, vitamin E, vitamin B12, vitamin A and vitamin C. Probiotics, such as the active cultures in yogurt, have also shown promising results in the relief of IBS symptoms. Although not a vitamin, dietary fiber also relieves constipation associated with IBS.

You could look into taking more fiber such as psyllium husk to help with digestion in your system. Good luck with your condition and I hope it improves with this new addition to your diet. Also check the Dr Weil site for more information on different supplements which may help you.

Fiber supplements will help with colon and digestive problems. Some fiber is available in multiple vitamin supplements but the best way to get extra fiber in your diet is to eat healthier or add something like Benefiber to your diet. After about a month of the extra fiber, you should notice a huge difference in your IBS symptoms.
