Testosterone replacement therapy is of benefit to some men with lowered testosterone. HCG is a testosterone replacement therapy which works by stimulating the body's own testosterone production. TRT has various benefits, including renewed physical vigour, improved erectile function and the reversal of hypogonadism. There is some controversy over its use in elderly men.

From research I have done about this topic, there are no benefits of HCG or TRT therapy. You will be able to function as normal without it.
