Well there are tons of cartoon shows out there. My personal favorites are: "The Simpsons", "King of the Hill", and "Scooby Doo". Some popular ones today are: "Spongebob Squarepants", "Dexter's Laboratory", "Pokemon", and "Bakugan". Some classic ones you can find in syndication include: "The Smurfs", "Tom n Jerry", and "Inspector Gadget". All these were hits in their days.

If you're looking for cartoons for adults I think the best are Family Guy and The Simpsons. They are a bit over the top but always make you laugh!
