If the water supply is coming from outside the house it might be a general problem. If the neighborhood does not observe a decrease in water pressure, then a small leak in the house internal pipes could be a reason. If the water supply comes from an owned well, it might be that the level of the ground water dropped.

I believe scum build up on faucets can cause water pressure to decrease. Also build up in pipes. I would clean all the faucets first though, since that is much cheaper!

First make sure all of your water valves are opened. If that doesn't fix the problem it may be a bad water meter. Check with your city for help with checking the water meter.
