Bell's palsy involves a drooping of the face, usually one side of the face. This can cause minor difficulty drinking and speaking. These symptoms usually clear up in 85% of people within 3 weeks of diagnosis. Lyme disease symptoms include flu-like symptoms and a red rash that continues to grow.
