Depends on the quantity and who's drinking. It's largely alcohol, and the fluoride can cause problems, so you should be very careful around children.

Some brands of mouthwash are SUPER loaded with alcohol so don't count on passing a sobriety test after drinking it! All mouthwash is meant to be spit out rather than swallowed after gargling. The brand I use has no warning, but the directions say, "Do not swallow." I would call poison control if a child or pet drank it.

mouthwash is full of ingredients that are dangerous to your body, and could do a lot of damage. It also contains alcohol, so you could essentially get drunk from drinking a large amount of it, although it's unlikely. But your kids could drink it and get drunk.

Most mouthwashes contains enough alcohol to be detected by breathalizer tests, for example. This alcohol and the minty additives in mouthwash kill and wash away smelly bacteria on your tongue.

it gets you drunk, but a weird drunk so you will be sort of crazy. its bad for you, do not drink in high volumes
