A good starting point would be to define yourself in a Wicca manner. One can do this by finding a path of the religion that best suits you. Then next step is to find others that are like you. After that you should find ways to practice in you religion.

Wicca is a very individual religion; as such, there is no completely orthodox way to become and practice Wicca. However, purchasing a book and common magic tools is a start.
