Pregnant women in PA are made mandatory medical leave with pay, considering pregnancy a disability in the workforce. A pregnant woman cannot be discriminated against in her employment. If her job includes, say, heavy lifting, her job requirements can be adjusted or she can be moved to a new position while pregnant. As long as her physician says she is fit to continue work, she will proceed as she did prior to the pregnancy.

The labor laws are the same as the federal laws. The FMLA laws apply but there are no other laws making sure that you dont lose your job during pregnancy or maternity leave. FMLA only applies to company having more then fifty employees. If you feel like you have been wronged then go ahead and file a complaint.
