The ingredients in the McDonald's Hamburger are hamburger, pickles, and onions. I believe McDonalds also adds hamburger seasoning. The key to the great taste is the seasoning.

McDonald's hamburgers are made from 100% beef. They do not use any fillers or any additives except for adding some salt and pepper for flavor enhancement. McDonald's hamburgers are made from the same 100% beef that you buy at your local grocery store. McDonald's statement is that they use quality beef.

The ingredients in a McDonald's hamburger can be special ordered, which I highly recommend if you like your burger fresh from the grill. The common McDonald's hamburger ingredients consist of a grilled hamburger patty topped with ketchup, mustard and pickle. It is served on a lightly toasted, plain white hamburger bun.

Unfortunately the only good thing about the hamburger is the ground meat. It has no additives or fillers and USDA ground meat. The bun, ketchup, pickle all are full of additives that you don't want in your body.

This information wouldn't be available to the public since it is protected by law. The hamburger should be comprised of all beef and if you are concerned about the quality of the hamburger you are eating your best bet would be to make it from scratch at home instead.
