The pro of having an abortion, is that you will no longer be pregnant. The con of having an abortion is that you will no longer be pregnant. Having a baby is a very personal decision and will affect you one way or another for the rest of your life. Your friend needs to make this decision herself.

This really depends on the specific person involved. Some feel abortion can give a woman an opportunity for a better future if they are not ready for a child. Others feel that abortion is against religion.

Pros of it are that you don't have a burden of a child to take care of and going through labor. The cons is that you are essentially committing murder.

Cons: There will be slight, temporary pain and a little sadness after abortion. Pros: No child to care for the next 18 yrs.

If aborted early there are few medical problems. The issue is psychogical, emotional and ethical. Women can feel guilty and depressed over the decision to abort later in life.
