A good quality tile stick floor will look great and last a very long time. Choosing a wooden type parquet floor design will give the appearance very close to looking like a real wood floor. Floor prep is important and laying the tile following the arrow direction can be tricky.

Such flooring is convenient because you can compose your own patterns. Also, if you're in an apartment, it's often easily removable. However, for a perfect outcome, you really need to start from the center of the room and work outward. This takes measuring and isn't as simple as just beginning on the outside edge and working in.

These types of floor are very economical and are a very easy way to lay a floor if you are a novice. The thing that works against you is the fact it will look cheap. The product may not be as hard wearing as a floor that is stuck down with an adhesive.

One of the pros is that these floors are really inexpensive. Another advantage is they are fairly easy to install. The con is that almost any other type of flooring will look better. Also, if you use them in a high traffic area, the gaps will show in between the pieces regardless of how well they were installed.

Peel and stick flooring is more cost effective than sheet flooring, and it is easier to do it yourself. The disadvantage of using peel and stick is that your selection may be more limited and that you have to be super careful not to leave cracks between your tiles - it is very easy to leave small cracks accidentally!

Pros of peel-and-stick are price and easy installation. It's cheaper to buy the tiles you need for your floor instead of ceramic or laminate. Installation is a no-brainer, although cutting around corners is tricky. Cons are some peel-and-stick tiles are of low quality and don't last or wear as well as they should.
