One good advantage of working for them is that you can work from your own home and that will save gas money. You can care for your own children while you are caring for other people's children while getting paid. One disadvantage is that you are responsibile for teaching and taking care of other people's children.

The pros of working for Resistered Childminders is that they will place you on a job, and if it ends, or doesn't work out, they will place you on another job. The cons are that you will probably get less money, and are not a free agent.

Pros: You get to meet some wonderful families, and it pays good money. Cons: the hours sometimes suck if the parents work odd hours.

The benefit of Childminders is that the child will be a part of a small group and the childminder can give personal attention or care to each child. Childminders have a family atmosphere and this helps the child to feel comfortable around older and younger children. The disadvantage is sometimes the childminders children will be treated more fairly than others.
