What are the requirements at USAG level three?

In gymnastics what must you be able to do in order to reach level three.

Well, you must be able to jump onto a 8 inch mat and handstand on the board. For uneven bars, you must be able to cast, cast and push away, backwards hip circle, straddle and sole circle dismount. You have to be able to straight jump a balance beam and be able to sit in v form.

These are some routines for the floor exercise you will need to know for level three. The handstand forward roll,1-3 steps hurdle round off, backwards roll with straight arm to pike stand, a push up to bridge kick over, straight leg balance, a straight leg leap,and stretch jump tuck jump.

It depends on what area you are doing in gymnastics. Each area (for example the beam or floor, etc. ) has different requirements. Many gymnastic websites have them listed by area.
