Cravings, irritability, insomnia, and fatigue. These symptoms can last anywhere from 3-10 days, varying from person to person. The worst is usually the cravings.

The symptoms are as follows, irritability, anger, headache, nausea, craving for more nicotine, tingling, sweating, and anxiety are common, you will notice memory lapses also.
