That could be a case of the flu. It could also be a case of a bad food poisoning as well.

Many things can cause this, such as a virus. Although this is probably not a GI bug, it can be one of the many other bugs out there. If fever is present, you could have the flu. It's also a good idea to keep in mind that stomach and head pain may go hand in hand.
