You need to locate the leak and replace the part that is broken. Usually it is the radiator as it has plastic side pieces that are prone to cracking.

The only way to fix it is to locate it on the engine and correct the problem. Typically it is just a loose of split hose but sometimes leaks can occur elsewhere. Look for gaskets anywhere coolant would flow.

Flush the system with the radiator cap off to get the air out of the system. Then fill with antifreeze as per book spec. Nect check that all hoses, etc. are tight. If it still leaks you can by a sealant for radiators/cooling systems. Lastly, take it to the shop.

Buy some radiator-repair. This will coagulate when mixed with air, and close the leak. If you cannot find radiator-repair, you can pour a bag of crushed ginger in your coolant. That'll work like radiator-repair. But will only work on small leaks. Else you'll have to replace the radiator or hoses if they're the problem.

Check your radiator for any leaks. Also check your radiator hoses, you may have a loose connection or a small leak.

It depends where the coolant is leaking from. You may have to replace the water pump or it's gasket, a hose, or the radiator. It's probably most cost effective to have a professional do the job.
