Are you sure the fish is actually bloated? If it is a fish goldfish, they tend to look like they are bloated or fat. That's normal. If it is a carplike goldfish, then it could be dropsy or you might be feeding it too much.

Well you could try not feed it so much because sometime people feed there fish to much which would make your fish really big and could end up killing the fish. Another is that the fish could just be pregnet and about to have alot of little goldfish. Another is that its sick.

Goldfish just like any other form of life have a life cycle. See that your goldfish is comfortable with a well cared for, clean aquarium with the right ph, and feed it high quality food but not too much of it. If your goldfish is not stressed and not overfed it will live a longer better life.

Ammonia may be in the tank. Ammonia comes from the fish feces; plants help regulate the ammonia levels. You can also try putting in a solution that takes out the chlorine of the water.
