Try putting an antibiotic like Neosporin on your eyebrows plus washing your face x2 a day with a mild soap. If the infection is painful or is spreading it would be best to see a physician.

A general tenderness in the area as well as a raised reddish appearance. Also a white discharge may be noticed at the base of the hairs. Infected areas are normally warm to the touch and sore.

Plucking the infected hairs, followed with a hydrogen peroxide wash and a hot water compress is usually enough to clear out a common infected hair patch. Actively oozing infections, those accompanied by a high fever, and those appearing to spread should be seen by a physician who will prescribe antibiotics. Be cautious using peroxide near the eyes.

Chances are that you have an ingrown hair. You can pull out the hair that is causing the infection with tweezer, and drain the infection out.
