All cichlids are aggressive at certain times. However mangs are in a bad mood most of the time even when they are not in spawning mode. Even if you have one in a community tank they are very territorial about nesting.

Manganese cichlid's are a type of aggressive cichlids. They are a beautiful fish and come in a variety of colors. They can grow up to 14 inches long. When they get older, they should be isolated since they are pretty territorial. They need to be in a temperature about 70-80 degrees.

Manganese cichlids are extremely aggressive cichlids that will grow to be quite large (over fourteen inches long). They can be kept together only as juveniles.

All cichlids are considered aggressive. Cichlids are group fish who like the company of there own kind. You can not put smaller fish with them as they will torment them. Overall they are great fish to have as long as you keep them with there own kind.

You can keep all types of Cichlids together as long as they are all around the same size. And make sure to keep them fed right to make sure they dont try to eat eachother. =)
