When you are installing a DTV converter box, you must follow all the instructions carefully including how to program the stations, if it does not work make sure it is connected properly and that you followed all instructions for installation.

Check the following: everything powered on, connected, on TV set corect channel and input source set, DTV box configured properly, antenna aligned properly.

Like many pieces of electronic equipment a reboot of the DTV converter boxes (unplug, wait for 10 seconds, replug) will solve many problems. If trouble still occurs, the owners manual will be the best choice as different models of DTV converters will be troubleshooted differently.

as i was saying you should go to the place you bought it and tell them to repair it immediatly
