A common cause of neck pimples could be hair conditioner. If hair conditioner is not completely rinsed in the shower, it can clog pores on your neck, back, and chest. Sweat and bacteria being trapped beneath a shirt collar can also be a factor. Using a product containing salicylic acid helps unclog pores and heals pimples.

It could be that you are neglecting your neck when you wash your face daily, or the skin may be thicker and more prone to dead skin.

The neck pimples may be the result of some hormonal changes in your body. Or it may be because of the heavy use of creams and lotions. This will make your skin a pimple prone area. So, try to keep your skin always clean and neat. It will be better to use some cleanser.

Neck pimples may be caused by your hair. If you use a lot of oily products on your hair or go a long time without washing your hair and you wear it down rubbing on your neck and shoulders, it may cause pimples on the neck.
