From ankle to knee, if you are wearing shorts and playing about in high grass, you could have brushed against something you are allergic to. From knee to upper thigh, you may have something as simple as a heat rash (which you can fix by applying corn starch), or something more. If corn starch doesn't work, consult your doctor.

You might be allegic to something that you apply to your legs or maybe the fabric of your pants. you should probably try to remember when you got the rash and then try and figure what you were wearing or what you applied to your legs because your lotion might have expired

It could be something as simple as dry skin. The type of soap you use may cause dry skin, or it could just be winter dry skin. Other symptoms may be a factor, such as itching or scaliness. Show it to a pharmacist, who should be able to recommend something.

The rash on your leg could be from the detergent you may be using or any new products you started using that you have never used before. If it is at the bottom of your leg, that could be from any new socks you have bought or from the detergent you wash them with.

There are several possible causes for this. If you're wearing too-tight clothing, the rash is froom chafing. You may have an allergy to a pet, or a cleaning supply, or a food. The rash could be weather-related. It may be a symptom of an illness.

It could be from heat, soap, your water softener, or anything that you have touched in a given day. Start out by replacing one thing at a time. And see what is doing it. You can make sure your rash is clean and well moisturized and it should at least start to fade if nothing else.
