What could be causing a sickness two days after jogging?

It could be caused due to dehydration. You did nto drink enough fluid before and after jogging. Your electrolytes are low and that makes you feel nauseous.

It may or may not be related to the jogging. You could have a stomach bug, the flu, a virus, a cold or perhaps something related to the jog.

Unless you became ill while jogging or naseua did not subside after the run; it's likely two unrelated items. While it is very common to overhydrate or dehydrate while running and become plagued with vomitting, muscle cramps and general weakness, it is not likely to strike 48 hours later.

Jogging is the best exercise which fits our health. After two days some pain would be created in the calf muscle or light strain or hamstring in the calf could be created.

1. Your body could lack stamina so start gradually with very few minutes of jogging initially,then build up on it. 2. Excessive eating just before jogging is not good.
