I have asked for the help of my uncle who travels all over the world. This Mushroom has garlicky taste and sour at the same time. It is good to use with strong meats like pork, so the flavor can be absorbed as it is being cooked.

Amanita Muscaria mushrooms are poisonous and psychoactive fungi that should never be eaten, because of the risk of fatality, either through poison or drug overdose. Even if found, there are several species of mushrooms that look like the Amanita and could cause many health issues.
