What do I do if orchid roots are growing out of the pot?

If your Orchids roots are growing out of the pot you can change it to bigger pot from small or re-plant it for new growth and flowering.

Crack the pot, and put the entire plant (including Soil mass) into a new pot with soil in it. Growing out roots means pot is too small.

You should carefully remove the orchid (taking care not the damage the roots) and re-pot it in a larger pot, changing the old substrate for new if you have some available.

you can carefully cut it and plant it again on another coconut husk. it might grow another specie of orchid on it. try tp sprinkle it with powdered egg shell. it will hepl it grow strong and healthy. or if you don't want that, put another pot on the pot of the orchid and fill it with coal.

Orchids have aeration roots, which give the plant oxygen which is vital for the plant to flower. In the wild, orchids attach themselves to different flora, which is how they thrive, were those roots cut off, the plant would not live. Only repot if there is absolutely no room left for the root ball.

Erm, transfer them to a bigger pot? I have no clue about this really, gardening isnt my thing. Maybe you could cut the roots, but that could kill the plant, and well we need plants.
