What does a property manager do?

I need a job and I saw an ad for a property manager.

A property manager is essentially in charge of a condominium/apartment building, by hiring contractors, collecting rent, getting new tenants, etc.

Property manager job is with real estate company. He has to look after the projects by verifying that all the documents relating to the property are genuine. He has to also deal with customers explaining them about the property.
