Starts out as pain in your lower abdomen - about 3 to 4 inches to the right of your bellybutton. You might feel like you've got a bad stomach ache. It can also feel like you have been doing way too many sit ups! The pain will steadily get worse and worse over time.

If your appendix had burst you wouldn't have any doubt. Before that happens though there is pain and tenderness in the lower right quadrant often spreading up toward your bellybutton.

A ruptured appendix starts out with a dull lower abdomen pain that steadily gets much worse. The pain will eventually be felt clear through the abdomen. Fever is usually present also.

Horrible stomach pain, like you've just got through working out for several hours. It won't go away, so if you're pain last for more than a short time it busted.

It will be a severe pain in your lower abdomen. If you can jump, you probably do not have a burst appendix. If you are in so much pain that you cannot stand up straight or jump, you should go to the hospital immediately.
