For electronic questions like this i would refer to either the user manual or consult a trained and licensed electronics expert, as there are many types, and this is broad.

The most common problem is a burnt out lamp. A lamp for a Sony television can cost upwards of $200. It is cheaper to replace if you replace the lamp alone and not the housing.

Depends on what the problem is. Through Sony, you're probably looking at $3-500, through another shop probably 30% less. Sometimes the "white label" shops have more experience, sometimes they do not - it depends. Call ahead and ask for a firm quote before getting work done - these days its almost cheaper to buy a new one.

This depends on the part that breaks. If you are referring to a projection series WEGA, the part that most typically breaks is the bulb, the average cost of a new one and installation runs around $200-$300 depending, also the motherboard within the TV is prone to blow out, these cost around $150 to replace.

It depend on what exactly the problem is or what exactly part of your sony wega is not working, if the problem is small then the cost of repair will be less if the problem is big then cost of repair will be more so check the problem first.

Quite a lot. You can spend upwards of 400$, often 50% of the TV's purchase price. It might be easier to just buy a new one.

That all depends on what is wrong with it. Some repairs we might be able to do ourselves, while others have to be done by a professional. it all depends on the extent of repairs.

The cost could range from $200 up to $500 dollars in repairs depending on what problem you have. If its a minor problem then it should cost you less money.
