QT is a segment on every EKG, so I feel like we are missing part of the question. QT elevation is not good.

Some borderline prolonged QT intervals are completely benign. While other prolonged intervals indicate electrical problems of the heart resulting in passing out or even death during stress. Further testing and probable treatment are definitely in order.

You can go for further diagnosis of your heart like Treadmill stress test, Angiogram etc.. Right now there is no need for any treatments. After further evaluation and if there is any complications found then you can go for management procedures. Management procudures are is decided according to the percentage of blocks found in the arteries.

Usally this is just somthing that bears watching. However, if you are concerned you may want to get a second opnion from a cardiologist. Any abnormility in the hearts electrical firing can become worse and cause problems in the future. So see your doctor at least once a year to make sure there are no other changes in your condition.
