Your dog could well be suffering from indigestion if you are hearing gurgling in the stomach. It could also be nothing more than normal digestion for the dog too, check with the vet.

Gurgling noises coming from your dog's stomach are a good sign. They are normal and these noises indicate that your dog's digestive process is going as it should. You would worry if there were no noises as this could indicate some sort of a blockage or perhaps an illness. Be sure to have an annual check-up with your vet, though.

This is actually very common. It is either just normal digesting or your dog is hungry. My dogs stomach gurgles all the time. But he is always hungry.

Its completely normal if you hear gurgling sound in dog's stomach. When the dog is hungry you may hear this kind of sounds or after meal as its digesting food.
