Step aerobics are great to get you moving. They help you to tone your leg muscles and become more fit. Like most workouts, it can be intense or light. You should find it easier to breathe as you build up your endurance. You can use a pedometer, and challenge yourself to beat your highest number of steps.

Step aerobics is fantastic as it works the entire body especially the hamstrings and gluteus maximus. These are the areas where fat often accumulates and this particular exercise is ideal as it works the legs the most. Try and perform at least 5 minutes of step aerobics every second day. You will certainly notice a difference.
