What does the saying Dually Noted mean?

My dad uses this phrase all the time and I have no idea what he is saying.

The saying isn't "dually noted," actually, but "duly noted. " It's roughly equivalent to the phrase "point taken. " In other words, he's saying that he's heard what you've said and has made a note of it. It doesn't mean he agrees with it, mind you, just that he's heard and acknowledged it.

Saying of phrase consisting of words `Dually Noted' by your dad means that he has taken note of what you have said and he would take care of that. When he is using the phrase quite often that may mean he has a great love and affection towards you and is ready to accept all what you want.
