If you know what you are doing the mixing will result in either wine or vinegar depending on the mixture and what you are trying to achieve.

If you add other things like water and allow fermentation to happen, you should get wine. If you want a recipe a simple Google search can find you the specifics on what kind of container to put it all in and how long to leave it out for.

If you mix grape juice and yeast, and do it right, you'll get homemade wine. Do it wrong and you'll get vinegar or worse.

A mixture of grape juice and yeast can produce a wine but it takes a long time and if not properly vented or given enough time it can also result in vinegar. The grape juice which one can purchase in the grocery store is not really meant to be tranformed into wine and the quality would probably be quite poor.

Mixing grape juice with yeast will eventually produce either wine or vinegar depending on which type yeast is used. Many people do this for a hobby for their own use.
