Well, you have to get the bone grated that is why you have the rejection in the first place. They will fix the bone.

If the newly grafted area looks like it is breaking out, is swollen or looks infected it may be signs of rejection. See your dentist as soon as possible.

You might be operated again and the graft will be replace whit another one or some more appropiete alternative for your case

The graft materials used today don't cause rejection. The bone will not be rejected, rejection is the body recognizing it as foreign and then tries to expel it or attack it. However, there are risks if it's placed incorrectly these include infection, bleeding, pain among other things. Just find a good doctor and you'll be fine.

Dental bone grafts should NOT reject. When something goes wrong with a bone graft it is not rejection so much as infection or irritation caused by poor placement. If you have a good doctor bone grafts should not have any problems.
